Welcome to Printkin. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of printkin.store (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Who we are

Printkin sells the Printkin mini sticker printer and related accessories through the Site. Contact: support@printkin.store.

2. Using the Site

  • You must be at least 13 to use the Site, and at least 18 (or have a parent/guardian's permission) to make a purchase.
  • You agree not to misuse the Site: no unlawful use, no attempting to breach security, no scraping or copying content for commercial use, and no transmitting malicious code.
  • We may refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud.

3. Products, pricing, and orders

  • We work hard to display our products accurately, but screens vary — colors and scale may look slightly different in person. Product specifications (battery capacity, print resolution) are provided by our supplier and stated in good faith.
  • All prices are in US dollars. Prices, promotions, and bundle discounts (e.g., 2-pack and 3-pack automatic discounts) may change at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.
  • Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may cancel or refuse any order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues) — if we do, we'll refund anything you've paid in full.
  • Obvious pricing errors: if a product is listed at a clearly wrong price due to a typo or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you.

4. Shipping and delivery

Shipping terms, delivery windows, and what to do if something goes wrong are set out in our Shipping Policy, which is part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays outside our control can occur.

5. Returns and refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy — including the 30-day money-back guarantee — is part of these Terms.

6. Product use and safety

The Printkin printer contains a rechargeable lithium battery. Use the included cable or an equivalent standard USB charger; don't puncture, disassemble, submerge, or expose the device to extreme heat. Thermal prints fade over time with heat, sunlight, and friction — they're made for notes, labels, and fun, not archival records. Adult supervision is recommended for use by young children (small parts, adhesive paper).

7. Intellectual property

All Site content — text, images, logos, the Printkin name and mascot — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use it without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial browsing and sharing (tagging us in your sticker walls is not just permitted, it's encouraged).

8. User content

If you send us reviews, photos, or feedback (including by tagging us on social media in a public post), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content to operate and promote Printkin. We'll never edit your words to change their meaning. If you want something we've used taken down, email us and we'll remove it.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This does not limit the 30-day money-back guarantee, which we honor as written. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain warranty disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site or products is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right in connection with your use of the Site.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@printkin.store and give us 30 days to try to resolve the issue informally — in our experience, that solves nearly everything.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always posted on this page with its "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms (together with the policies referenced in them) are the entire agreement between you and Printkin regarding the Site.
